The valley station of the Niesenbahn in Mülenen is only a few metres away from the BLS Mülenen railway station.

By car
Via Spiez
In Spiez, drive in the direction of Frutigen and Kandersteg. After about 5 minutes drive you will reach Mülenen and see the valley station of the Niesenbahn on the right hand side.
Via Lötschberg tunnel
After passing through Reichenbach, you will shortly reach Mülenen, where the valley station of the Niesenbahn is located on the left-hand side.
Parking space
At the valley station of the Niesenbahn, there are around 140 pay and display parking spaces available in three car parks. You can also make contactless payments with the Parkingpay app. Download the Parkinpay app now at parkingpay.ch and make contactless payments at 549 car parks in Switzerland.

By coach
If you arrive by coach, please use the two marked parking spaces at the BLS station in Mülenen.
The path leads from the car park via the railway subway on foot in approx. 200 metres to the valley station.
Due to a railway subway, access directly to the valley station is not possible.
By foot
From Frutigen and Reichenbach
A leisurely flat hike takes you from Frutigen (1 hr 40 min) and Reichenbach (25 min) to the valley station in Mülenen. The whole route leads along the Kander and offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.
From Wimmis
The trail leads on flat terrain (1 hr 30 min) to the valley station in Mülenen.
From Aeschi
From Aeschi village the trail takes 35 minutes via Bühlenmatte – Hundbüel -Chappelen to the valley station in Mülenen.
