During the season, the Niesenbahn runs daily at half-hourly intervals (every 15 minutes if there are large numbers of visitors). The journey up the Niesen takes 30 minutes.

Waiting times may occur if there are large numbers of visitors. In order to avoid waiting times for the ascent, we recommend that you book the ascent (descent not possible) in the webshop:

No bike transport

Bike transport is not possible (no capacity and no space). Exception: Once or twice a year as part of a bookable offer from the organiser “nobadtrails”.
