• Rich salad buffet
• At the table, you prepare the best beef, pork and chicken yourself, cut into cubes, in a spicy bouillon.
• Five homemade sauces from fruity to spicy, butter rice and crispy fries
• Vegi corner with Frutigtaler tofu and seasonal vegetables
