Access by Foot

An easy hike brings you from Frutigen (1 h 40 min) and Reichenbach (25 min) to the valley station of the Niesen. This is an easy, flat walk following the river Kander with lovely views of the surrounding mountains.

A further possibility for hikers is from Wimmis to Mülenen (1 h 30 min) a flattish walk skirting the foot of the Niesen.
